Skin & Tonic London Mint Steam Clean Review

Today I am reviewing Skin & Tonic London Mint Steam Clean (£27.00) and Organic Cotton Face Cloth (£3.00). This simple cleansing balm is made with British Thistle, aromatic Eucalyptus and refreshing Spearmint oils to lift dirt and rejuvenate dull, tired skin. It is infused with beeswax, grapeseed oil, thistle oil, borage oil, eucalyptus oil and spearmint. Skin & Tonic London products are cruelty free, handmade in Britain which supports local farmers and producers and the products are preservative free. This Balm smells so good as soon as you open the jar and feels so fresh peppermint.

The packaging of this product is really cute and simple. The balm is quite thick, once you distribute the product it melts into a smooth oil. I have been using this balm since I received it two weeks back. It is easy to use and you need only pea sized amount, a little goes a long way. I take required amount of product in my hand and distribute it between my two hands and then gently apply on my skin. I like to massage it on my skin. Then I use the Organic Cotton Face Cloth with this balm. Soak it in warm water and hold against your face for 1 minute to steam and active the essential oils. Breathe in deep and cleanse away. It feels greasy and oily on skin but it melts down my makeup as well like foundation, concealer, bronzer or powder. You just have to massage with this balm for few seconds and your makeup is gone. However it does not remove my waterproof mascara so for that I use my other cleansers.

This balm is really gentle and have not caused any skin irritation or breakouts. It leaves my skin feeling super soft and clean. This is great everyday cleansing balm. You can also apply this balm on dry lips or dry skin patches for a nourishing, soothing boost. The Cotton Face Cloth is 100% organic and unbleached cotton. It is very gentle on face and perfect for daily use.

You can buy Skin & Tonic London Mint Steam Clean and Scrub Duo from here and get 30% discount on original value £36.00. So you will get Skin & Tonic Clean and Scrub Duo for only £25.20. Enjoy Shopping!

Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm Review

Today I am going to review Merumaya Cleansing Balm – £15.50 which I have been sent very kindly to review on my blog. This balm has been winner of Irish Award 2013 for Best Cleanser. Deep cleansing is most important step of daily skincare routine to firm and tone our mature skin. I like to use cream or gel cleanser in the morning and rich cleansers in the evening. Cleansing balms are very effective at removing makeup. Merumaya Cleansing Balm has some quality active ingredients like Echium Oil providing Omega 3, 6 & 9 to reduce lines and wrinkles, improve elasticity and participate in barrier repair. It helps rebuild the hydro lipid film as the skin’s surface and is also anti-irritant, Sucragel that contains Sweet Almond Oil and acts as a wash on moisturizer and leaves a velvety finish while thoroughly cleansing and Mangosteen Fruit Extract is rich in vitamins and polyphenols providing anti-oxidant protection.

The tube is perfect for travelling. I find that having a product in tube makes it more hygienic. Once you flip the lid, delicious fragrance comes out of it. I am really enjoying the floral scent of it. This cleansing balm is rich and silky in texture. I take required amount of product on my palm and then massage it thoroughly into my skin. It melts makeup within few seconds. I like to massage my face with this balm for sometime in circular motion, this product is a joy to use. I use cotton pad to remove the balm and you can also use Merumaya Daily Cleansing cloths. Sometimes I also rinse off with water. Once I add water it turns into milky and I find it very easy to spread and rinse off very easily. This cleansing balm would be suitable for all skin types including oily skin. It removes makeup very well and does not leave greasy or sticky feeling on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and clean. It also hydrates and nourishes my skin.

I love the texture of this balm it is silky and melts quickly, it does not require warming up at all like other solid balms require. It helps to remove all traces of dirt, light and heavy makeup but I find that it does not completely remove my waterproof mascara. Overall this is amazing cleansing balm and would fit in everyone’s budget at just only £15.50.

What do you think about Merumaya Cleansing Balm? Have you tried Merumaya Cleansing Balm? You can buy Merumaya Cleansing Balm from Merumaya Website and John Lewis.

Trilogy Cream Cleanser Review

Today I am going to review Trilogy Cream Cleanser £22.50 which I have been sent very kindly along with other Trilogy Skincare products to review on my blog. I have not tried any Trilogy products in past but I have heard many good things about them, so when I got chance to review them I was so excited. This Cream Cleanser is suitable for all skin types. Now a days I am loving cream cleanser. In past few months I have tried 3-4 cleansers and out of them 2 were cream cleanser and I am quite loving them. I find Cream Cleanser suits to my slightly dry and sensitive skin better than foam cleanser. Cream Cleanser does not leave my skin with dry patches which foam cleanser does. This is very gentle and creamy cleanser which helps to remove dirt and impurities and also makeup from face and eyes. Trilogy Cream Cleanser is infused with natural oils and non GMO ingredients like Rosehip, Primrose, Jojoba and Carrot Oil which help to maintain healthy skin whilst being soothing and nourishing same time. Rosehip Oil is extracted from the seeds of Rosehips and contain Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids as well as Beta-carotene which moisturises and enhances the softness and elasticity of your skin as well as promoting the renewal and repair of healthy skin cells.

Trilogy Cream Cleanser comes in a brown glass bottle with a pump dispenser. It holds 200ml of product and retails for £22.50. It also available in 100ml size and comes in a tube form which I find travel friendly and retails for £16.50. I just need one pump of product to cleanse the face. The texture of this cleanser is just right not too thick and not too runny. It has light rose floral scent which I am loving so much. I have been using it twice a day daily in the morning after shower and before going to bed in night. Take small amount of cleanser into my palms and then massage it into damp skin with fingers in circular motion. Sometimes I use Cotton Pads to remove or rinse with warm water. Trilogy suggests to use face cloth for best result. It leaves my skin silky soft, well cleansed, fresh, supple and moisturised. My skin looks more glowy too. After using it my skin does not feel tight or dry and not greasy too. When I have makeup on face, after using this cream cleanser I see it does not completely remove my makeup, I find some traces of makeup on cotton pad when I use toner. This cleanser helps to remove light makeup but not the heavy makeup. You have to use separate makeup remover for that.

Trilogy Cream Cleanser does not irritate my eyes at all but some of my other cleanser does. So I am reaching for this cleanser more often to remove my eye makeup. This is amazing product and I think bottle will last about 4-5 months which is really great. I am definitely going to repurchase it once I finish this one and at £22.50 I don’t think it is pricy as one bottle will last about 4-5 month. This cream cleanser suits to all skin types but if you have dry skin type like me I recommend them highly. I love rose scent products and if you are sensitive to fragrances then you would find scent of this product bit irritating?

I am so pleased with this cleanser and works great for me, if you like natural products and especially rose scented and infused with rosehip give it a try. It is fantastic and I don’t think you will regret it. It is super soft creamy and does not cause any irritation on eyes and skin. It gives healthy looking clean skin. This is lovely luxurious product to try and use. What do you think about Trilogy Cream Cleanser? Have you already tried Trilogy Cream Cleanser? Which is your favourite Trilogy Product? Do you prefer Foam, Gel or Cream Cleanser?

You can buy Trilogy Cream Cleanser from Trilogy, Boots, lookfantastic.com, feelunique.com and John Lewis.

Time Bomb Take Off Time Cleansing Cream Review

Today I have one more product from Time Bomb Skincare to review. I have been sent Time Bomb Take Off Time Cleansing Cream to review on my blog. In my previous post I have reviewed Time Bomb Powerball Intensive Moisturiser which you can find here. Time Bomb skincare range have excellent anti-ageing products. Cleanser is extremely important in a skincare routine. Time Bomb – Take-Off Time Cleansing Cream has been specially developed to not only cleanse the skin but to remove tired dead cells, helping to keep skin looking fresh and revitalized.

Time Bomb Take Off Time Cleansing Cream(£15.00) comes in simple, classy and squeezy tube packaging. The flip top locks tightly. It holds 125ml of product so if you travelling by flight you cannot carry it in handbag but as it seals properly you can easily carry it in check-in bag. This emollient-rich cleanser is strategically formulated with a small amount of professional grade magnesium oxide crystals that have straight edges to help gently lift away surface cells. The Take-Off Time Cleansing Cream is gentle yet extremely effective in helping to retain that smooth, glowing and youthful complexion of which every woman dreams. Apply this super cleansing formula with fingers and gently massage. Wash off with warm water or remove with a damp pad or cloth, and finish by rinsing with water.

The cleanser has rich creamy texture. It contains exfoliating beads and Magnesium Oxide Crystals which help to remove any dry and dead skin cells on surface. The exfoliators in it are so gentle and cleanses very well. OMG it smells heavenly and not overpowering at all. I have been using this cleansing cream twice a day since 3-4 weeks. First I use my everyday cleanser to remove any makeup on face and then I reach for Time Bomb Cleanser and gently massage it with fingers on my face then remove it with damp cotton pad and wash my face with luke warm water. Time Bomb suggests to use Polishing Pads along with this cleanser. If you purchase 125ml Cleansing Cream tube then you will get 10 free Polishing Pads worth of £5.50. Use the rougher side of polishing pads to massage on skin and then smooth side to remove the cream. After using it my skin feels so clean, soft, smooth and healthy. It deeply cleanses the pores. Unlike most cleansers, it does not contain drying surfactants or harsh detergents so your skin is left moist and dewy. It does not dry out my face.

As it is not harsh at all so if you have acne prone skin you can use it every day without worrying. It has creamy texture and exfoliators are gentle and very minute so if you have sensitive skin this would be perfect for you to try. I have bit sensitive skin and for me it did not cause any breakouts or skin irritation. After using this cleanser I have been using Time Bomb Complexion Cocktail which I will review in coming up posts and then finish with Time Bomb Intensive Moisturiser. After using all three products my face looks so fresh, clean, healthy, hydrated, moisturised and glowy.

Overall it is gentle rich cream cleanser that cleanses, exfoliates and moisturises your dull skin. I would definitely recommend Time Bomb Take Off Time Cleansing Cream if you have sensitive and acne prone skin or looking for gentle cleanser. After trying all three Time Bomb products I am really impressed! I will be repurchasing them whenever I run out.

Narynda Skincare Toner Review

Today I am going to review Narynda Skincare Toner (£12.50, 100ml) which I have been sent very kindly to try and review on my blog. In my previous posts I have reviewed Narynda Night Cream which you can find here. I really loved that night cream, it is so moisturising and hydrating. Toner is an important part of skincare routine. After cleansing your skin one must use toner as it helps to gradually improve the condition of your skin. Toners help to balance the pH, tighten your facial pores and allowing fewer oils and toxins to settle into the skin, prevents acne, provides hydration to your skin which is so essential to maintaining elasticity, smoothness, moisture and a more youthful appearance. So it is wise not to skip toner from your skincare routine. I am using Narynda Skincare Toner since month now, and I am totally in love with this toner.

Narynda Skincare Toner is based on neroli essential oil, which is known to smooth the skin and repair damaged capillaries and it is designed with mature skin in mind. It contains active ingredients for strengthening the epidermis to give an energised complexion. The antioxidant function tones and freshens tired looking skin. Hyaluronic acid nourishes the skin by its innate function of cell renewal, moreover its humectant properties helps retain moisture. Oat peptides promote collagen formation thereby helping to remove fine lines and wrinkles. Multi-fruit botanical extracts further promote collagen synthesis and improve skin elasticity.

Narynda Skincare Toner comes in a see through 100 ml glass bottle which costs £12.50. This toner has a pump to get the product out of bottle, I personally have never seen toner with pump dispenser as mostly I have seen and used toner with a spray dispenser. With pump dispenser I think you can control the amount of product you are using without any wastage. This toner looks really high-end product, packaging is gorgeous. This toner is designed to be used with cotton wool instead using your fingers to cut through dirt and lift impurities. This toner has a very delicate scent which I quite like it.

After cleansing my face I use about 3-4 pumps of toner on cotton wool and then sweep across a cleansed face and neck. This toner is really refreshing and gently sweeps away any oil or trace of makeup left after cleansing. This toner is non-drying, leaving your skin comfortable and now skin is ready for serum and moisturizer. I am using Narynda Night Cream now a days after this toner to moisturise my skin. I am loving this toner as after applying it my skin has a very nice glow, feels so smooth, clean and soft. As you may know sometimes I see dry patches on my skin so after using this toner for few days it really helped to get rid of them. I think this toner has got all those things or properties that you actually expect from a good toner.

If you have not tried Narynda Skincare Toner yet then I can recommend this toner easily to anybody. This toner is really something different from other toners I have used , It not just cleans my face deeply but also adds nice glow to my face and my skin feels really soft and smooth. What do you think about Narynda Skincare Toner? Have you tried Narynda Skincare Toner? Let me know your thoughts.
