Nella Milano Nail Polishes Review/Swatch

Today I am going to review Nella Milano Nail Polishes which I have been sent very kindly to review on my blog. I have been sent three nail polishes – NM14 Periwinkle Pucker, NM17 Lemon Sherbet and NM19 Crystal Coral. I have not tried Nella Milano polishes before and this brand very new to me so I was really excited to try and review their nail polishes on my blog. Nella Milano have a wide range of polishes in their collections. They got darker, nudes, brighter and lighter shades in their polishes collection. Nella Milano stands for effortlessly stylish, elegant and fashionable. Nella Milano nail lacquers are colour rich and long-lasting, making it very easy to keep your nails naturally chic at all time. Nella Milano colours will perfect and complement any individual style.

NM14 Periwinkle Pucker is gorgeous grey blue. I am in love with this colour. In swatch I am wearing two coats with no top coat. This colour is bit sheer on nails if you only add one coat. To get the same colour like in bottle, apply two thick coats or three thin coats.

NM17 Lemon Sherbet is a bright lemon yellow colour. Perfect shade for summer. In swatch I am wearing two coats with no top coat. With two thick coats I achieved opaque finish.

NM19 Crystal Coral is a beautiful vibrant orange shade that I did have in my collection, but now I own it. This Crystal Coral is a bright and deep orange colour. With two thick coats I achieved opaque finish. I have not added a top coat in swatch, you can see how glossy finish it gives.

Nella Milano polishes come in a square bottle.The brush of these polishes is thin and flat which allows a precise and quick application. With one swipe I am able to paint my whole nail. The formula of these polishes are thin but not runny and glides smoothly on nails. It dries pretty quickly on nails. It gives glossy finish on nails without top coat. I like to apply top coat to get extra shine and helps to last longer. I have not experienced any chipping after a few days wear (4 days) without top coat. At 5^th day I had few wear signs on tips. Generally without top coat I get 1-2 days wear but with Nella Milano I got straight 4 days wear without chipping no top coat on. So I am impressed!

Makeup Revolution Nail Polishes Review/Swatch

Today I have one more review to share with you beauties. Since last 2 weeks I have mostly posted all about Nail Polish and today also I have few nail polishes to share with you guys. I am going to review Makeup Revolution Nail Polishes, I got them in november last year but never got chance to review them on my blog. So finally today the post is live. As you know I am really big fan of Makeup Revolution brand and I love all their products and recently I did Makeup Revolution haul that I will share with you guys soon.

I have used this Makeup Revolution nail polishes so many times and I am loving them, colours are really beautiful. They have huge collection and lots of beautiful shades to select from. I got 6 shades – Find True Love, Look Of Love, Gravity Pulls you thru, Heaven’s above, Be Luck In Love and Who Got The Look. Names given to them are really interesting.

Lets talk about the packaging and application first. The bottles are simple and have curved edges which make them very easy to hold. The size of the brush is good too and one dip covers my entire nail. Lid of the bottles are not so strong while opening bottles, two lids got big kracks on them. But they are only £1 each, so I really can not complain about it and would ignore it.

The formula of the polishes is quite thick. With one coat you don’t get nice colour so you have to apply 2 coats to get the good pigmentation. These nail polishes dry quickly and gives nice glossy and shiny effects to your nails. I have used 2 coats for my swatch photos and I got very good coverage with 2 coats. These nail polishes last for 2-3 days with top coat. In my swatch photos I have not used top coat and you can see it has lovely bright and glossy effect.

Overall I am happy with Makeup Revolution Nail Polishes and I am thinking to explore and try more shades from their nail polish collection. Have you tried any nail polishes from Makeup Revolution? What do you think about them? How do you like them? I would love to know your thoughts.

Primark P.S. Love Nail Polishes Review/Swatch

Recently I have been to Primark and did lots of shopping that I will share with you guys in my post Jan-Feb Shopping Haul. Today I am going to review some Primark P.S. Love Nail Polishes. Every time I go into Primark I check out the range of nail polishes and accessories and pick them up and usually come out with some very good bargains.

Primark’s beauty range have very good collection and everything is just so cheap. I love their nail polishes the individuals and the sets both. I have picked up 6 individual colors retails £1 but I got for 80 pence each as they were having sale on them and 1 set that contains 4 mini nail polishes only for £2. P.S. Love Nail Polish range have 10 shades and all them are gorgeous. These nail polishes do not have any name or number on them.

The neon pink and magenta really caught my eye! The bottles are really good quality, and they are in rectangular shape, with a large plastic pull off lid, and a smaller round real screw off lid underneath which gives you better control when painting your nails.The brush is wide and dense. It applied like a dream on the nail. With one dip it covered my entire nail. The first thing that struck me when I opened the bottle was the smell. It genuinely smells like paint thinner. Not a pleasant scent at all. If you apply top coat then smell disappears.

I did not like the formula of these nail polishes. It is a bit streaky and uneven. It takes quite a while to dry! All the colours are really pretty so it is worth to wait :).  In swatches I have applied 2-3 coats of each nail polish, Neon pink is so bright and opaque. I also loved the glittery ones and that is very well pigmented and in 2 coats you get very good coverage. For orange colour you need minimum 3 coats.

All the nail polishes lasted me 3 days with no chipping. I did apply a base coat and a top coat which definitely helped with the chipping. I also tried one nail polish without top coat and within one day it was chipping so top coat is must if you want it to last longer on your nails.

Overall I am happy with P.S. Love Nail Polishes as they are so cheap £1 and at this lower price you really can not complain about. Have you tried any of these nail polishes? How you liked them?

This is my 2nd and last post for today. As I said in my previous post I am going to review Benecos Mighty Orange Nail Polish. I was runner-up for one competition and won this beautiful nail polish from Benecos. I have been using it since many days and have not got chance to review it, so finally today is the day. The picture I have taken is with 2 coats. No base coat is needed when using Benecos nail polish and even I have not used top coat still it has lovely gloss. This nail polish lasts very long even after 5 days it was there on my nails and my nails still were looking gorgeous.
