Himalaya Herbals Anti-Hair Fall Cream Review

I am fan of Himalaya Herbals products and have used many products from their collection specially body lotions and face washes. In winter I use Himalaya Herbals lip balm too that keeps my lips moisturising and hydrating. Today I am reviewing Himalaya Herbals Anti-Hair Fall Cream(Rs. 100) which I got last month from More that’s grocery shop in India. Himalaya Herbals have three different hair creams – Anti-Hair Fall Cream, Protein Hair Cream and Anti-Dandruff Hair Cream. Actually I wanted to try Protein Hair Cream but it was not available in shop that day so I got Anti-Hair Fall one. I am not going through heavy hair fall currently but yes my hair does fall during hair wash and when I comb which is I think normal? So I thought why not to try this to see if it really works.

Himalaya’s Anti-Hair Fall Cream is a unique, daily-use formula which reduces hair fall and strengthens hair follicles. The goodness of essential herbs like Bhringaraja and Amla nourish hair from the roots, help reduce hair fall, improve hair growth, and strengthen hair follicles. Bhringaraja is rich in phytochemicals like eclalbosaponins and wedelolactone which help promote hair growth and strengthen the hair root, and keeping hair healthy. Amla, a natural hair tonic used extensively in Ayurveda, is an effective ingredient for treating the hair and scalp. It is a rich source of Vitamin C and polyphenols. Amla helps maintain hair color, delays premature greying and supports the strength of hair follicles. Massage Anti-Hair Fall Cream gently into the scalp using a circular motion. Use regularly before and after shampooing to reduce hair fall and maintain healthy hair.

The Himalaya Herbals Anti-hair Fall Cream comes in tub packaging, similar to the other creams from Himalaya. A thin foil inside the tub prevents any kind of pathogen formation. The cap closes well, avoiding product leakage. The packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly. The only concern with the product is its tub packaging. It is unhygienic to dip your fingers each time for application. The Himalaya Anti-hair Fall Cream is milk white in colour. The consistency is very creamy. I also like the floral kind scent of this hair cream and it lingers on hair for quite some time.

I have been using this hair cream since last 4 weeks before and after hair wash. It spreads easily on dry hair too but I like to wet my hair and then apply cream so it distributes evenly on hair. I keep it for like 30 minutes on hair then wash hair with regular shampoo. I feel like I don’t need conditioner after using this cream as it makes my hair really soft and smooth. I use this cream after hair wash too on wet hair from root to tip. I gently massage it into the scalp in circular motions and I spend good 10 minutes massaging it into hair. I find that using this cream after shampoo makes my hair bit greasy so I wash my hair next day again. If I am going outside then I skip it after shampoo. I also tried keep this hair cream on overnight and wash hair in the morning. It nourishes hair and make them look more silky, soft and healthier. As I said earlier I am not going through heavy hair fall so I cannot comment if it reduces the hair fall completely but it definitely reduces the hair fall problem only to a certain extent. It did not cause any allergic reactions to me.

This Anti Hair Fall Cream contains parabens too which not good for hair. Otherwise it is budget friendly hair cream that nourishes the hair well and also reduce hair fall to a certain extent. If you have frizzy dry hair then you may want to try this hair cream for extra conditioning and nourishing your hair. People with oily scalp can use this anti hair fall cream before shampooing as after shampoo it would make scalp more oiler.

You can buy Himalaya Herbals Anti-Hair Fall Cream and other Himalaya Herbals products from here. In my previous post I have also reviewed Himalaya Herbals Cocoa Butter Intensive Body Lotion which you can find here.

Some Nail Arts from Last Month

Today I am going to share 2-3 nail arts which I have done during my Sister’s wedding. You know during wedding you really do not get enough time to paint your nails and doing nice desings on nails need time. But I did very simple nail art that require less time and looks good too. So check out these 3 nail designs.

I used Makeup Revolution Red nail polish and Sally Hansen Gold one to do this design. I also used essence cosmetics base and top coat. This nail art inspired by my wedding saree that I wore during one of wedding ceremony.

Again for this nail art I have used Makeup Revolution Red nail polish, Sally Hansen Gold nail polish, W7 White nail polish and Lakme Green nail polish for dots. I also put gold diamond on nails as my saree has same kind of work going on. This nail art I did for wedding day to match the entire look.

For this nail art I have used Soigne Vodka Blue nail polish and the Lakme glittery one. Also used some diamonds to match the outfit. This nail design I did for engagement day look.

I also did some nail arts for my sisters but have not got chance to take pictures for them. Hope you liked my designs. I also did some nail arts with Benecos nail polishes which I will share later with you guys. Happy Weekend.

Benecos Natural Nail Polish Remover Review

Today I am reviewing Benecos Natural Nail Polish Remover(Rs. 887) which I have been sent very kindly to review on my blog. In past I have reviewed some Benecos Nail Polishes and did nail art with them which you can find on my blog under Nail Polish tab. Benecos is known for their Natural Beauty products. I love to try natural products and always look forward to find new natural skincare and cosmetics brands.

The packaging of this nail polish remover is really beautiful. Love the color combination of packaging, looks very fresh. It comes in 100ml of bottle. It does not have that harsh scent which I really like about this natural nail polish remover. It has that citrusy aroma which I really enjoy. It does not leave any smell after use. It contails some essential oils and it is purly vegan.

I use nail paints a lot, and so for me it is important to use a good quality nail paint remover otherwise my nails become brittle and yellow. After using few other nail polish remover my nails does peel sometimes but not with Benecos Natural Nail Polish Remover. The remover works well at removing the nail paints. The formula does the job really fast and is very gentle. You do not need to rub the cotton hard against the nails to get rid of the nail polish, just swipe it gently and the paint gets easily removed without leaving any color on the nails. Even after taking off a red polish, I do not see the staining I usually do after using other polish remover. This remover does not dry out my nails as it contains Glycerin which prevents the nails and cuticles from getting dry.

All in one it is great nail polish remover to try and if you are looking for natural nail related products then must try out. I am sure you would love it too! I have few more reviews coming on Benecos natural products so keep watching my blog.

Natura Siberica Rhodiola Rosea Day Cream with SPF 20 Review

This month I have concentrated on suncare products on my blog. As you may have seen I have featured and reviewed various sun protection products for hair, body and face on my blog. Today I am going to review Natura Siberica Rhodiola Rosea Day Cream with SPF 20 – £ 7.29 which protects the skin from dehydration due to harmful UV rays from the sun. I recently discovered this brand made in Russia and born in Siberia. Natura Siberica is not just natural cosmetics and not just cosmetics made from herbs. This is Russia’s first organic cosmetic line and it really works. Highly active wild grasses from Siberia and the Far East. Modern formulas with the highest quality content of plant components. At least 95% of ingredients are vegetable origin. Certified organic extracts and oils. Free of petrochemicals, silicones, parabens, and artificial dyes. Natura Siberica has won a number of international awards which you can find here.

It comes in a 50ml pump bottle and it is white in colour and has creamy texture. With pump dispenser you can always control the amount of product that comes out. It has pleasant smell and hard to describe but it is not overpowering at all. Natura Siberica Moisturizing Day Cream on the basis of Rhodiola Rosea – the most valuable medicinal plant of Siberian – allows you to securely protect sensitive skin from climatic influence, to ensure the comfort and softness all day long. Included in the natural components intensively moisturize, strengthen and make supple, prevent wrinkles. Gentle Day Cream contains allantoin, which provides deep hydration, and vitamin P, which strengthens the skin. Hyaluronic acid prevents the appearance of wrinkles. This cream gets absorbed into the skin quickly and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft to touch. It is very moisturising and hydrating cream. It does not make my skin shiny or greasy.

I just need one pump of this cream to apply on my face and less than half pump I apply on my neck area. I have used this cream for more than two weeks and couple of times I was out in half sunny day and did not burn my skin. But if you are spending your whole day somewhere in hot, on beach and doing a lot of sun bath then I suggest to use higher SPF products. You can also layer up this cream with other high SPF products for double precaution. It also has not caused any break outs so that’s good thing. I always like when moisturisers have built-in SPF and you can use them all year around without any worry. This product is full of natural ingredients and free from all the harsh, nasty ingredients.

Overall it is good natural day cream with built in SPF, sinks in quickly and nourish the skin. Perfect for dry and sensitive skin. This cream is quite handy and you can easily carry it in your handbag while you are travelling.

You can buy Natura Siberica Rhodiola Rosea Day Cream from here.
