KIKO 3D Instant Volume Lipglosses Review/Swatch

Have you ever tried 3D lipglosses before? Today I am going to review KIKO Cosmetics 3D Instant Volume Lipglosses which I have been sent very kindly to try and review on my blog. I have been sent Lipglosses – 204 Pearly Calypso Rose, 214 Mauve and 220 Shiny Pink. KIKO 3D Instant Volume Lipgloss has been developed for an instant volume-enhancing effect and an increase in lip plumpness over time. The texture of this 3D lipgloss offers a unique multi-sensory experience: it is immersive and smoothing, allowing you to feel the action of the product on your lips and giving a feeling of instant freshness. The special filmogen agents contained in the formula diffuse the light, giving an unprecedented mirror effect. The gel structure, enriched with hyaluronic acid, replenishes and hydrates the lips with results that stay visible. There are gorgeous 21 new on trend shades available in this range.

Each KIKO lipgloss comes in a satin black cardboard box. The actual packaging is quite simple but beautiful. The packaging of these lipglosses look like they made of glass but they are made of entirely hard plastic and it has silver metal cap. I think these lipglosses are larger than most of the other lipglosses in size. The wand attached to the cap is long enough to touch the bottom of the tube, which actually helps to get even the last amount of product from the tube. The shape of the special flocked applicator allows the product to be released precisely and perfectly, with full colour from the first application.

The texture of these lipglosses is a little thicker and bit sticky but they are creamy and moisturizing. The duration on the lips is very good too. The thing I loved most about this lip glosses is that shine remains unchanged for the whole wearing time. These lip glosses smell amazing like vanilla and chocolate. The scent is not overpowering. They are nicely pigmented and have a very good color payoff, they really stands out. The shade number 204 Pearly Calypso Rose is a shimmery lipgloss. It is perfect for this summer. When you wear it on your lips you don’t notice much glitters but it provides shiny finish to the lips. 220 Shiny Pink is a beautiful pink fuchsia colour and I am using a lot since last few days. 214 Mauve is a mauve grape shade.

These lip glosses do not settle into fine lines and also do not make lips dry. It keeps lips moisturized throughout the wear. These lipglosses tingle on lips during application as it is usual for a volume glosses I think. In addition, the lips feel instantly fresher that would be mint in the lipglosses. Especially in summer, the freshness of the lips is great. I definitely notice a plumping effect, after a few minutes of application the lips seem more turgid I think it is rather due to the glossy finish that reflects the light creates the optical illusion of a larger volume.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the KIKO Cosmetics 3D Instant Volume Lipglosses. If you have less pronounced lips then this might be worth to try to give plumping effect to your lips. W7 Full Colour Lipsticks Tides and Angry Annie Review/Swatch

I am sure you must have heard about W7 Cosmetics. I have also reviewed few products from W7 Cosmetics on my blog in last month I think. I also did small W7 haul plus other brands haul but not getting chance to post them on blog. W7 was started in 2002 by two entrepreneurial young men from London, who felt that every woman should have access to a range of high quality products at an affordable price. W7 is a budget friendly quality brand and if you look into their collection you will find dupes of many high-end brands products. Recently I have reviewed W7 Power Puff Face Blender which you can find here.

Today I am going to review W7 Full Colour Lipsticks which I have been sent to try and review on my blog. I have been sent two lipsticks in Full Colour Range – Tides and Angry Annie. Both are really bright beautiful pink. There are total six pink toned shades available in this range. As you may know I love PINK so when I received this parcel I could not stop myself to wear it without clicking pictures of products first. After I receive parcel, I try to click pictures in next two days and then start testing part. Anyway let me tell you about these lipsticks.

I love the packaging of this lipsticks. They look gorgeous in pink slim stick. The lid is transparent so you can easily find the particular shade you are after specially when you have tons of lipsticks. The lid of this lipsticks seal tightly. On the back you will find a list of ingredients and name of the lipstick. Also on bottom there is a sticker with the name of lipstick. The lipstick is slanted and flat cut, I personally love this type of shape and find it easy to apply on lips.

Both are lovely Pink Bright colours. I love the formula of this lipsticks so much. They glide smoothly on lips without any dragging feeling and have excellent colour payoff. The formula gives a fairly matte finish. In flash it gives slightest glossy effect. They smell pleasant, like a sweet fruity balms. Both W7 Full Colour Lipsticks are really moisturising, there is no need to apply lip balm before application. Both the shades lasted for good hours. My lips did not dry out after a long wear. Both the lipsticks leave good stain on lips, so there is no need to re-apply them. They are incredibly pigmented.

I would definitely recommend these lipsticks. I am going to use them more this summer. I will carry them with me in handbag for this year summer vacation. 2true Cosmetic Power Lip Colours and Matte Lipsticks Review/Swatch

Today I am going to review some 2true Cosmetic products those I have been sent very kindly to try and review on my blog. I have been sent 2 eyeshadows, 2 lipsticks and 2 lip glosses. In this post I am going to review lipsticks and lip glosses. For eyeshadows I will do a separate post tomorrow so keep watching.

2true Cosmetics is one of budget friendly brands. They have a wide range of beauty products to select from. I have tried 2-3 products from their range earlier and I was quite impressed with them. I have not tried 2true cosmetics lip products earlier so I was really excited to try them.

2true Pro 8 Hour Power Lip Colours – Angelina and Uma

This lip gloss comes in a long transparent tube with a black colored cap on top. The wand attached to the cap is long enough to touch the bottom of the tube, which actually helps to get even the last amount of product from the tube. The doe-foot applicator which helps in getting a precise and easy application. Both lip glosses have chocolatey smell to them which I am loving. It is very mild smell. These retail for £5 each but currently Superdrug is having some offer on them and you can get them for just £3.49.

These lip glosses are named after actresses. The apricot-tinted hue of Uma is nude and natural enough that it goes with pretty much anything, and Angelina is a red-hot colour that looks killer. These lip colours are super pigmented and very lightweight formula which gives them a weightless feeling on the lips and makes them so easy to apply with no dragging or stickiness. I have used both the shades couples of time now and I can definitely confirm that the 8 hour claims are true. Even after drinking and eating, those lip colours are still on your lips.

The only thing I did not like about this lip glosses is after application they will start to dry out your lips after a few minutes. So it is very important to apply a lip balm before and after application of these lip colours. These lip colours are easy to remove with makeup remover but Angelina is pretty bold red colour so it leaves a stain on lips.

2true Colour Matte Lipsticks – Shade 1 and Shade 3

I loved the pink colour packaging of these lipsticks, they are bit tiny and cute. Top of the lipstick lid is transparent so you can easily see the colour thru. Both lipsticks has mild smell which goes away within few minutes after the application.

Both the shades glide nicely on lips without dragging feeling. They have very good pigmentation. Again same thing I don’t like about this lipstick is after application my lips feel dry so before and after application I use lip balm to give nice moisture to my lips. The lasting power of these lipsticks is 5-6 hours and after that if you need, you can re-apply them. Shade 3 is my favourite one, it is nude pink. Both the shades you can wear everyday. These lipsticks retail for £2.29.

Overall I am happy with 2true Cosmetics lipsticks and lip glosses. They are very budget friendly and I am planning to buy few more shades to try. Have you tried 2true Cosmetics lipsticks or lip glosses? What do you think about them?

W7 Cosmetics Lip Paint The Art Of Gloss in Girlie Review/Swatch

Today I am going to review one more W7 Cosmetics Product – Lip Paint The Art Of Gloss in Girlie. W7 is one of budget friendly brands and they create budget friendly products similar to that of higher-end products. W7 Lip paint range has 5 gorgeous shades. Yesterday I have reviewed W7 Nail Polishes, in case if you have missed out that post please check it out, here.

The 12ml lip paints are available in squeeze tubes with a black screw lid. The packaging is in the same colour as the product. This lip paint smells minty and it has a creamy texture. The packaging of the lip paint is super cool and easy to use. The screw lid shuts tightly and can be carried in a hand bag without any concerns of leakage.

Girlie Lip Paint is a lip colour that has the longevity of a lipstick, with the ease of application of a gloss. This lip paint is well moisturised, increased wearability and ensures that colour stays intact and I think it also contains peppermint/menthol oil or leaf  as that offers a cooling refreshing effect upon application.

This lip paint is the super intense colour, I am loving this fuchsia colour, the pigmentation is amazing and the colour pay off is top-notch and not sticky at all. This lip paint is a hybrid between a creamy lipstick and a lip gloss. The wear is comparable to any good creamy lipstick, and I found it lasts a good 5-6 hours without the need for a touch up. Even after fading, the lip paint leaves subtle stain on the lips, therefore a lip balm or primer is an essential, either wise a lipstick remover will be required.

W7 lip paint in Girlie is a fine addition to my lip collection and I am sure I am going to get the rest of the colours too. The formula provides a high shine, creamy feel, high pigmentation, and long-lasting.

MESAUDA Milano EXTREME GLOSS Pearly Lip Gloss and Creamy Lip Gloss Review/Swatch

Today I am going to review two gorgeous lip glosses from MESAUDA Milano Cosmetics. Both of this red lip glosses so perfect on this Valentine’s Day. I have been sent two MESAUDA Milano EXTREME GLOSS Pearly Lip Gloss and Creamy Lip Gloss – N.103 Berry and N.206 Kitty. Berry lip gloss has shimmer in it and while Kitty lip gloss is so creamy. There are total 16 beautiful shades available in MESAUDA Milano Cosmetic’s Lip Gloss range to try.

The packaging of the Lip Gloss for me, absolutely perfect. It is simple but attractive too. I love the clear casing with black top. There is no gimmicks with the wand, a simple sponge applicator which makes applying effortless. The consistency is perfect for me, not too thin, not too thick, and definitely no sticky feel. In fact, they feel weightless when on and really comfortable to wear. I only need to re-apply after eating and drinking.

I have a ton of red lip glosses but nothing compares to these lip glosses. I love how it is super pigmented. I do not even have to wear red lipstick underneath. These lip glosses have a very good color payoff, both shades really stands out. It’s pretty much opaque and will give you a red lip with no red lipstick underneath. I think it’s fantastic!

Berry is the perfect combo of pigmentation and sparkles. This red is so beautiful with small flecks of diamond shine and makes your lips look more beautiful and give luxurious touch to your lips. Kitty lip gloss is a bright red with hint of orange undertone to it. The color looks very bold and true. The color will work on fair to medium and dusky skin tones. This shade is completely free from any shimmer or frost as it has creamy texture.

These lip glosses do not settle into fine lines nor makes lips dry. The shimmers give a super glossy finish, however once it wears off you can find some shimmer left behind! The formula glides on evenly and doesn’t settle in fine lines. It keeps lips moisturized throughout the wear. The lip gloss gives a pretty shine and glossiness. A small amount of the product itself covers up lips well and gives an opaque finish and It gives medium to full coverage. They last about 3-4 hours if you don’t eat or drink anything.

I am very happy with both Lip Glosses shades that I have been sent and with the quality of these glosses in general. I am thinking of getting other shades in the near future. I am really excited to wear them on coming Valentine’s Day as they just so perfect for Valentine’s look.
