Vichy Ideal Soleil High Protection Dry Oil SPF 20 and SPF 50(UVA+UVB) Review

Today I am going to review Vichy Ideal Soleil High Protection Dry Oil SPF 20 and SPF 50(UVA+UVB). This Dry Oil can be used on face and all over body to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. In my previous post I have reviewed Vichy Ideal Soleil Tinted BB Cream and Velvety Face Cream. Many people avoid using sun creams as they think they can’t get a tan, they are too sticky or they just don’t like the smell. Honestly there are so many products out there now, and so much new technology in skincare that all of these sun cream fears can be avoided and you can easily find SPF that is clear, dries quickly and even helps you tan faster! Both oils ideal for people with sensitive, normal to combination skin. It is water-resistant so great for people who love to be in the water or play beach sports.

If you hate using sun creams that leave you with white sheen dont worry this dry oil is perfect for you. It does not leave any white marks. It’s hypoallergenic and paraben free for those that want to avoid parabens entirely. Expert protection from UVA and UVB rays with a luxurious dry-touch, and moisturising satin-finish oil texture and light fresh floral fragrance. Includes a Mexoryl®XL -based UVA and UVB filtering system, photostable and broad spectrum protection. Helps to protect against the harmful effects of the sun’s UV rays.Tested under dermatological control, suitable for sensitive skin.

Both the suncare dry oil offers high protection for skin that tans easily. If you have pale skin or are prone to burning then you would need to choose suncare products with high protection. Vichy Ideal Soleil Suncare Oil have two variants SPF 20 and SPF 50. I have a medium skin tone which tans very easily but rarely burns. I tested this product on my body and neck during a few outdoor runs. Initially I thought wearing a body oil would be uncomfortable, but I found its general texture no worse than that of a many regular sun cream or lotion sunscreen even when things got sweaty. This suncare oil is enriched with Vichy Thermal Spa Water. It is clear, transparent Dry Oil spray spritzes directly onto the body with a nice even, thin spray and it doesn’t need much rubbing in. It feels really smooth and silky on the skin but not at all greasy, and it dries really quickly leaving little trace of the product on the skin. It certainly makes your skin look satiny and luscious, and that sheen will enhance any tan you do have.

You could also take that sheen up a notch by mixing in some shimmery bronzer or pigment into the oil either directly in the bottle or in your hand right before you apply it. It has a nice, gentle floral scent that isn’t too overpowering. I have used this sun protection product for a week or so now and have had no problems, it has done a great job of protecting my skin and I have had no sunburn at all. if you don’t like oily or greasy sun creams, or have particularly oily skin, then I think this could work well for you. Both the suncare oil perfect for women and men of all ages who want to protect their skin from UVA and UVB rays. It is water-resistant.
