Makeup Revolution I ♡ Makeup Death By Chocolate Review/Swatch

Today I am going to talk about another chocolate eyeshadow palette from Makeup Revolution – I ♡ Makeup Death By Chocolate that I have been sent very kindly by Makeup Revolution. I am just loving their chocolate palettes so much and all of the palettes have gorgeous shades. I am really getting obsessed with Makeup Revolution Products as they are super affordable with very great quality. In my previous posts I have reviewed newly launched I ♡ Makeup Naked Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette, which you can find here.

Packaging is so cute like chocolate bar, when I put this palette on my kitchen counter my husband thought it is real chocolate, so he grabbed it in his hands and felt plastic, he said what is this? I was laughing so hard and said it is not for you, that is my eyeshadow palette. He said “I thought it is a real Choco bar lol!” So you can imagine it ditto looks like real chocolate bar. It comes in dark brown box with hot pink lettering on it and packaging feels really heavy and sturdy and very good quality. Inside the palette there is a good-sized mirror which is perfect for travel or if you are on the go, also comes with double ended sponge applicator.

This palette has 16 neutral eyeshadows ranging from mattes to shimmers. All the eyeshadows have cute names on it. The eyeshadows are mainly golds, silvers and browns also have few beautiful tones like the deep purple and muted pink. All of the shades are buttery soft, super pigmented and blends very nicely, and last quite well on my eyelids even without primer.

There are 6 beautiful mattes : White Light, Break Me Up, All is Lost, Lick Me, One More Bar, Devour Me and the rest are like satin with a hint of shimmer but not sparkly or glittery at all. My favourite shades from this palettes are ‘Don’t let go’,’Love you to Death’ and ‘Lick Me’.

Overall I think this is a great palette for only £7.99 and I would highly recommend it to anybody. You can create a variety of day and night looks with this palette easily. All the shades are so pigmented, buttery soft and easy to work with them. I am so in love with this palette and of my favourite eyeshadow palette.
